IPAAM periodically offers short workshops to introduce families or adults to the
music and dance of Indonesia. No previous experience with music or dance is required to attend
these workshops. Attend one workshop or attend several. Children ages 7
and up are welcomed to the family workshops regardless of previous experience.
Gamelan workshops are taught by Joko Sutrisno or advanced adult gamelan students, and Indonesian dance workshops are taught by Tri Sutrisno.
No introductory workshops are scheduled at this time, but please check back for updates, or contact IPAAM (651-729-6737) to express interest.
